Terms of service

Plain-English terms for practices using ScopeFlow.

1. The service

ScopeFlow provides software that helps endoscopy practices communicate preparation instructions to patients and track preparation readiness. It is a workflow and communication tool only.

2. Clinical responsibility

Your practice authors and owns every preparation protocol, instruction, timeline and educational item published through ScopeFlow, and remains responsible for its clinical accuracy and for the care of your patients. ScopeFlow does not provide medical advice.

3. Accounts

Staff accounts are for named individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for removing access when a staff member leaves your practice.

4. Patient data

You are the data controller for patient information you enter; ScopeFlow processes it on your instruction to deliver the service. You agree to enter only the information necessary for preparation and scheduling.

5. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Founding practices receive direct support during onboarding.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your practice's registered contact.
