We build software for the quiet, unglamorous work that decides whether an endoscopy list runs well: getting patients properly prepared.
Bowel preparation is the single biggest determinant of a successful colonoscopy, and it is almost entirely delegated to the patient — usually with a folded leaflet and a phone number. Practices absorb the consequences: repeat preparation calls, poorly prepared patients, cancelled lists and repeat procedures.
What ScopeFlow does
Reception books a patient once. ScopeFlow generates a secure, personal patient journey — a preparation checklist, an hour-by-hour timeline, hydration tracking, education and recovery guidance — and gives the clinic a live readiness view of the entire list. Staff stop chasing everyone and follow up only with the patients who actually need help.
Designed around two questions
Every screen we ship has to answer one of them: does this reduce staff workload, or does this reduce patient anxiety? If it does neither, it does not ship.
